Default Newbie after some advice

HEY HEY Guys & gals

New to the site and I'm looking for some advice is poss??!!

After years of running my Nissan Navarra and having nothing but problems (engine rebuilds, starts failures, steering rack blow outs) I am cutting my massive loses.. and with the pittance I will get back from her I'm looking into getting something fast and fun.

I would just like to know if they are reliable or not?? because reports from people are abit mixed, also if anyone has had an LPG conversion done??

I think I will be able to drop about £3500.00 to £5500.00 is it possible to get a good one for this money?? and is there anything I should keep my eye out for. I have been massively burnt with the Nav and not looking for it to happen again if I can help it.

Any advice would be fantastic

Jonny

For that money you could get a mint newage wrx or a good condition sti, asking as its has been serviced properly you shouldn't have any issues if you can I'd say stretch for the sti as it has been I brakes and stronger 6speed gearbox a much better base to build on of you want to tweak it!

As for the LPG don't really know about it on an impreza.

Hope this helps wigs

if you are worried about fuel costs either get 2 cars or get something else

The current owner of my old Foggy STi (running 330/330 Litchfield conversion) is running LPG.

It's on an 04 plate and the mileage is now past 100k without issues.

Clutch, brakes, cambelt when changed and what,tyres-when you change usually you need 4,oil leaking, exhaust smoke-turbo,oil. Any mods which require remap ,gaskets leaks, etc.
