(sbf5 is a 30 amp fuse serving main and fuel pump relay , also ecu

Wow, blowing those sized fuses means a major short somewhere, and likely to be quite close to the battery/ alternator or starter as not many other things have high enough gauge wire to knock out an 80 amp fuse without setting the whole loom on fire first.
I'd do a thorough check of those areas BEFORE putting in another fuse, start by looking at everything that comes off the + side of the battery as that's where the problem is if it's blowing fuses without ignition, trace the wires into the fuse box to the fuses that are blowing as one of them has probably chaffed on something and gone to earth, it also won't cost you anything other than time.
Let us know how you get on.
