i have asked them the question of "is the product displayed in the picture the EXACT product i would receive" and had no response.but the photo shows an identical intercooler to the japspeed one.
big sparks is right though, just looked and the pipe diameter is 2.5". the japspeed are 3"

just received an email back.the lengthy reply says- "toyosports intercooler"
so im unsure,if they are the same then its just the pipework diameter which is different.
does the 1/2" make a noticable difference?

it says it is 3" on their website?
but to be fair they are more than likely all the same bit of kit
and unless you are running 5/600 bhp its probably not going to make a huge difference

Out of curiosity, are there any intercoolers that are easy to fit? As I have heard that the Japspeed and Hdi are a headache to fit, require lots of chopping and dont come with the correct brackets etc.
I read a thread here (cant find it now) and also on the MLR, in regards to the Japseed being a pain to fit and are just a generic intercooler.

all fmic's will require the front bumper to be cut,as for these ones being harder to fit im unsure, but i know of 2 people from my local club running japspeed and i dont believe they had any real issues fitting them

yes the bumper is to be expected, does the support bar need cutting too? Or anywhere else apart from the bumper (under the car or something like that)?
Did you find everything in the box?
The thread I was refering to, stated that mounting holes did not line up, and neither did the provided brackets.
Thanks

Well I haven't fitted on myself as I'm still deciding where to buy! But everything you need to fit is in the box.but remember you will also need a dumpvalve(re circ or vta both work) and a induction kit which can fit around the pipe work.i think it's just the bumper which needs to be cut,if not will be minor bits which need altering.
