Yeah, it's a repost and it's a load of twaddle! Apparently a coppers opinion is enough to decide your exhaust I'd illegal. And, from what they're saying, they should be out chasing every OAP who has forgotten to turn off their fog lights. They're just trying to scare the local chavs IMHO.
