Default more power next week

Hi guys

I have a wrx bugeye running 265bhp at the moment, its going to in for some big upgrades on Tuesday, ported vf34, pinks, 3port boost valve, sti up pipe, sti top mount , it already has a walbro fuel pump, downpipe and ecuteck.

I wanted to ask is it worth me replacing the hks dumpvalve i have to a standard recirculating one I've just got prior to the mapping? And in peoples experiences what power should I expect and will it be noticable?

I know due to the box and internals he won't go to the limits of the blower, but I don't want to spend a load of cash for no real noticeable difference

Cheers
Grant

You will notice a difference to the car with them mods your planning either way

The standard recirc valve may be a better option IMO it was put there for a reason and would probably make the car smoother to drive over the hks item and less likely to fail causing problems.

With the mods your going for I would have thought in the region of 330ish power wise give or take a little, the car will feel like its pulling harder over what you have now, I would be amazed if you couldn't notice a difference, I'm sure you will have a smile on your face by the time its finished compared to what your use to

expect 340+ on a vf34 buddy - the car will be much much improved!

The only thing you will not like, is the TD04 spools so much quicker than anything else, but you'll get used to the tiny amount of lag.
