Default Newage Replacement Key Cost

Quick question.

Fella I know has just got a 2005 WRX and wants to get a replacement key and fob.

Guessing these need to be ordered via subaru only with proof of ownership and reprogrammed for the car.

But what cost approx is this?

Cheers
