Hi what are the main things to look out for when going to see a bug wrx

all the usual stuff on cars, at that mileage I would think about has the cambelt been changed, wheel bearings, clutch, seizing brakes and some of the other more expensive stuff. I can see 2 of them are stated as being done

Front subframe is a thing to check as they can rot pretty bad, a little awkward to check though as the under tray has to be removed
