Default boost gauge

quick qeustion........how do you go about fitting a boost gauge ,obviously the gauge goes in or on dash somwhere ......just wondering what they hook up too ,,,,, the turbo? the exhaust? is it a wire or a pipe????????

just thinking cos where would a pipe go on the recirc or bov some how ????????? because surely if there was a place for it there would be some sort of open pipe work?

You tee a small piece of silicone hose into a hose off the intake manifold.
Use the search facilty at the top.

Your car MAY have an unused nipple covered in a robber boot on the front of the intake manifold. if it has, use that, no need to T.

then the gauge will need wiring, it will probably need a live, and earth and a lighting live. Some have a permanent live too.

If it's an electrical gauge, it may need the sender plugged in, or attached.

Dead easy job, tbh.
