full exhaust system 2.5 wrx
Just bought a full de cat for my 2.5 wrx, is it safe to fit before i get it remapped and would fitting a decent panel filter at same time be worth it. Thanks

Generally on classics you can fit a decat exhaust system without any major hiccups or issues - I have done so on three classic Imprezas.
But...
On newage Imprezas (2.5wrx leads me to believe it's a Hawkeye), there can be issues, engine lights etc. Why? Not 100% but presume it's the ECU/sensors as a combination.
I'd personally get it mapped just after fitting the exhaust to be safe. Panel filter should be fine regardless AFAIK.
