I've spotted this "STI" not to far from me, Im thinking about test driving it next weekend. Is this a real STI? I can't say I've seen many with leather seats? different coloured callipers, fog light covers removed?

What do you think?

Looks real enough, the front brembos wouldnt normally be black either.

Might be a black spec d , with the big spoiler added. They do exist, I saw one last week on eBay .

 

Like it, Tastefull mods, Nice s204 centre dash, Seats/doorcards from a spec-d i`d guess, Only 3 things i would change, Back lights for blob ones, take DV off and swap rims for some aggressive looking ones, other than that looks nice

 

its the limited edition black spec d with an sti boot spoiler.

looks great apart from that thing on the roof.

I agree on that somethings need to be changed, but that can easily be done to make it a good looking Subaru

 

it looks good but id say a little expensive, that said though its a very rare model being a black spec d.

the brembos are not repainted they were black from the factory as were the seats.

it shouldnt have a big spoiler on the rear though, the spec d's have a smaller wrx version, also it would have a roof spoiler if it was an sti

im not saying the spoiler is a bad thing as i like it, its just non original.

you can tell it had a small one as it has the brake light in the rear window, sti's usually have them in the spoiler.

personally i quite like the look of the car, it has some nice extra like the leather seats and the centre console.

yes thats the one i meant, should have had a ducktale spoiler not wrx version

 

Don't think that's a Spec D, they didn't come with that crappy Subaru OEM stereo.

It is an STi for definite, just think he's changed/upgraded a few bits and pieces.
