Torque Pro app
I am looking at getting some feedback from the ECU on my RB320 and have had the Torque Pro app for Android recommended. Has anyone used this and how did you get on please? I am assuming that it needs a bluetooth connector to allow my phone to access the data? Is this correct and how easy is it to fit. Are some connectors better than others?
Quite a few questions here so any thoughts much appreciated

http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Android-To...item27ce647a4a
i find it a great little ap you can also download an add on for torque called torque recorder where you can video journeys and it displays speed , boost revs etc in the video.
its also useful for checking and clearing fault codes

In the car under the steering wheel there is a small cover for the obd2 socket

How are people finding the refresh rate on these apps? is it real time or a slight delay?

Android only, Apple IOS doesn't allow for the bluetooth pairing apparently...
I've used it, but not in anger... the boost plots seem to match what my dyno readouts show so I guess that's something!

Very good little app with a few add-ons that work OK too, track recorder/knock detector/shift light etc... works on tablets and Kindle fire too
Not bad for a free app

Slight delay , but the less active displays i have up , the faster it is. So i just have the important ones up ie. no point in revs , boost , water temp etc as i have them on my dash anyway.

I can't get either to work. I am wondering if it's to do with the ecu I have with the 2.1?? It says it connects but there is no data shown.
