Default My first scooby

After a long time searching i have finally managed to get myself a subaru.

Its a 2004 blob eye wrx sti ppp

Couldnt be happier with it at the mo. Even with the increase in fuel bills
It needs a few bits doing to it, which i will be sorting out over the next few weeks/months.
First up is a new clutch which i ordered last night.

Heres a quick few pics (not the best as it was getting dark when i took some of them)

Looks good! I like those wheels in that colour (WR1 colour?)

I'll be getting mine powdercoated soon and may consider that colour.

They are Speedline Prodrive PFF7's, I have exactly the same wheels on my car.

Nice car OP, what did you have before it?

Paid just under 6k for it.
The wheels really need refurbing. If anyone knows the paint code for the close colour tht would be helpful as I read tht there isn't one available from speedline/prodrive.
Plans for now are new badges as the old ones have seen better days. Refurb wheels and a few body work touches. Then drive it for a while and see how it goes.

Had and still have a clio 182 which needs to go soon. Can be seen in one of the pics I think.

I want to get one but it won't be until much later in the year on maybe 2014, but ive started looking a little now to get the feel for them and what they are going for. Ideally i would like a widetrack Blobeye. will have about £8000 to spend.

You wont regret getting one. I was looking for along time but was always beat to it by someone else or it wasn't exactly wot i was looking for. Best thing i have ever done was buying one tho

Very nice mate. Looks just like mine when I first bought it...same wheels too. Instead of replacing the badges, why not de-badge it and just leave the STI on maybe?

The first badge is gonna be the front so cant really leave tht off

Tempted by de badging the rear. Will have a look at others that have been de badged and see what i prefer.

The ones that have been completely de-badged look wrong. Just leave the STI and it`ll look Makes it easier when washing and polishing etc. too

The Clio is a good car just tuning isn't cost effective in the slightest.
Handles well and surprises some cars on the straights to, will be sad to see it go.

Cheers for all the comments. Was hoping to give it a clean today but its now covered in snow.
Guess it can wait another day
