F#$king cats
We have new neighbours and they have 3 cats. Our neighbours the other side have 2 cats as well but we have never had this problem with them. I seem to go out in the morning and there are cat paw prints all over my scoob. Does anyone have any products that are any good for keeping cats off the car (apart from electrifying the car or broken glass)

A couple of local cats have decided our front garden makes a nice toilet and keep leaving angry looking turds all over it. Tried the old wives tale deterrents, bought a few things from b&q... nothing seems to work. Waiting for the summer weather then we're going to try lion poo, not cheap but apparently very effective. Probably not so helpful in your situation, cat paw prints gone, but car covered in lion crap

The lion stuff is rubbish dont waste your money. Better off getting a super soaker and give them a bit of a scare seems to work better. U can also buy an automated one which attaches to your outside hose pipe works on a sensor, cost about 30 quid tho

Ha! Some nice people on here. I guess a lot are said in jest, but I I ever found someone doing some of those things to my cats, you'd not have a scoob to worry about. Maybe your neighbour would feel the same?
To the OP, is a car cover a possibility?

I'm sure anything cruel had just been said in jest!
I've got my sons super soaker I could use, but of course you have to catch the buggers in the act first!
To the cat owners - how to you deal with your cats pooping on neighbors gardens?

I don't have cats but I have a dog. My paintwork isn't mint so I am not that paranoid about it to be honest. I have no intention of harming the cats, you lot are a lovely bunch of animal lovers aren't you I don't think I could be bothered with a car cover as I use the car everyday and to take it off and put on everyday would soon get a tedious. I am going to swap my cars over on the drive as the other car doesn't seem to get walked on as much.

We've tried orange peel all over the lawn to no effect, also some foul smelling garlic stuff - I stank for days after using that and still found fresh droppings If it were just the flowerbeds I could stomach it, free fertiliser, but in the middle of the lawn is a different story as it means I don't want to let my young son play on the grass. It annoys me that I'm left picking up the crap from someone else's pet. I could rant for quite a while about it... but I'm thread hijacking now and its not helping the OP and his paintwork

When you catch the cat, be sure to put it in the bin
They like bins

There's a chaps car on my street with one of those huge spaceship body kits on it. Big wide arches and a bumper inches off the ground. Unfortunately it's a bit of a cat killer going by the splattered blood/head/guts I found on the Subaru's bumper a couple of weeks ago. Cat was obviously crossing the road (between mine and a neighbours car on the street) as they do, this guy has ploughed through it leaving splatter all over both cars, the road and a broken fibreglass front bumper on his car. Tw@t!
Strange though, once the owners found out (undesirables private renting), he started getting regular punctures and blemishes on his bodywork
I'm not a car lover at all but can't justify ploughing through one on a residential street at silly speeds.
