Don't waste your time with any comparison websites etc, give greenlight a ring on here they were exceptionally helpful and the cheapest by miles for me.

Regards

These insurance companies are a law unto themselves. When it came to renewal time for me last year my insurance had gone up from £475 to well over a grand??? Hence i looked around and got cover for around £500.. This was through a comparison website so they are not all bad...

Does make you wonder how they come up with the figures, my best comparison site quote was 1,430 quid for a standard type ra v ltd, just over 500 quid with the specialist I rang off here.

loads of players out there looking for business re: insurance

Try greenlight, Keith Michaels, A-Plan, Sky to name a few. All are great companies and give similiar quotes but its your choice with who you want to spend your hard earned money with.

Dont bother with comparisions sites with performance cars, go directly to the specialists.

Comparison sites are good if you don't have extensive modifications. For example, I'm 21.. a Blobeye STI (2003) with exhaust mod (Backbox, centre section) and 0-10% BHP increase remap would be £1,050 with Admiral. Not bad for me age I thought .

Confused.com I find have the lowest prices of the comparison sites.

Specialists won't quote me due to my age. Ah well, their loss is Admiral's gain!
