Hey everyone, happy New Year!

My names Paul and I'm a long time lurker, first time poster. I've just picked up a cracking version 6 Type R limited after what feels like a lifetime of saving!

I desperately need security though. Can anyone recommend from personal experience a place in the Lincoln/Nottngham area that can install Cat 1/tracker? I can't sleep soundly until I know the car is safe.

Hi Paul welcome to the site... I can't recommend a place but what about a snap off stearing wheel? Or phone tracker or a well known tracking company and they should be able to point you in the right direction.

I used gap and got a Clifford alarm fitted along with a rac tracker ,
And a snap of steering wheel can never be to safe with the thieving lil s**ts
About these days, give gap a ring and there will travel to yourself or work place

This guy is a mate of mine and has been installing alarms for over 20yrs there is no one that will do a better nicer tidy job than him, i was in the trade for over 20yrs and he taught me almost everything i know about installing accessories to cars which is a fair bit.
