Question Power Steering Fluid "How To"

Had a look on the web on how to change the fluid, the most popular seems to be suck out the fluid and cycle the system several time until the fluid is clean and red.
I want to carry out a full system flush, is there a method for this IE remove the return pipe and keep filling while moving the steering from lock to lock?
Or is there a system or tool that is used at a garage that can do the same job without wasting lots of new fluid?

Just asked this my self.

Take a pipe off the steering rack and turn the steering wheel to pump it out. Just refil with ATF oil.

This got completed today, the old fluid looked like used engine oil when it was drained, looks like it had not been done for a while!!
Anyway flushed the system four times using just over 2 litres of new fluid, then drained one last time and filled.
Steering so much smoother, was not that bad before but the state of what was flushed out will do the old girl some good.
