Hi , I'm new to these forums so sorry if asking stupid questions ,

I have upgraded to premium because I want to advertise some parts I have for sale from a late sti rally car conversion . Do I need to also pay the £4 per month as well as the £2 a month as from reading it wasn't clear to me .
