If nothing else electrical is working, check in order,
Battery voltage.
Battery terminals are secure on the battery posts.
Fusible link in the positive line.
Chassis and engine earths from the battery negative.

A good battery will very rarely read under 12 volts, unless it's been sitting for a long period of time. An idle battery will read 12.3 ish give or take.
Try putting it under a bit of load (turn on every thing you can think of) and then read the voltage. It's a very easy test to rule it out.
Did you check both fuse boxes, the one in the engine bay, and the one under the dash?

Well the main relay is situated under the dash (B47) it's a twin pole relay so it's got a 6 wire plug, maybe could of been knocked and not pushed fully home in it's connector?
If 2 wires touched it wouldn't really blow the relay, possibly blast one of the connections, but far more likely to blow the fuse.
The main fusible link is in the fuse box under the bonnet, but it doesn't look like a normal blade fuse. But you could still be jumping ahead of yourself, i would really be determining battery voltage is holding up under load before checking anything else.
