wedssport wheels
Does anyone know of any uk suppliers of wedssport alloys.i have been in touch with a couple of suppliers in the states. but as they are not a cheap wheel i'm going to get a right old customs charge added on once they reach the uk.

Vivid ship from the states. In all honesty, your going to be VERY lucky finding a UK dealer. You'r going to be best looking at a US or Jap firm to ship. Vivid, Nengun, etc.

tbh i'm in a bit of a dilema of what to do.i sold my 18"rota force which were used as my track wheels as i got it into my head to go 17".i spoke to vivid racing a few week ago through email and they gave me some prices on the wheel i wanted which is the tc105n.i was going to go ahead with buying them when some enkei rpf1's came up for sale on here.now these were supposed to be a 17/8" rim but when they came they were only a 7.5" rim.so i could have sent them back but i thought sod it there only for the track, they were cheap and there light.so i had them powder coated and had my r888's fitted.i fitted them to the car at the weekend and me being very picky i just dont like them at all.i dont know whether its because i have dropped from 18" and they look small or because my arches have been pulled to fit my road wheels,so they just dont fill my arches at all.now thats got me thinking, will a 17" tc105n still look lost or do i just go back to an 18".or do i just keep the enkei's as they will just do the same job but look ****e.

Put a pic up arf so we can comment
The rpf1s by google images look like there is a bit of thicker rim where the spokes join, so look like there a smaller looking wheel than they actually are as suppose to other rims like the wedsport spoke goes all the way to the rim to blend it in better and makes it look like a bigger wheel than the rpf1, so I can kind of understand what your seeing, especially coming from 18s lol
Are these the rims?

Hi Arf
17" looks good on the new age,we are like our Drag DR31 9JX17" more than Rota Grid Drift
Friend bought Wedsport from USA few months back and he paid £300 per wheel including the taxes etc.,but without the shipping
Personally I think 17" will looks god,but you will need to run wide tyres(245/40 or 255/40) if you want fat look on your new age

right then,i made up my mind i'm going back to 18's.i just bought some wedssport tc105n's 18"+8.5" wide et43 in gunmetal grey from the states.there wasnt a great deal of difference in weight between the 18's and 17's and i still have my old set of 18"r888's to go on them so hopefully they will look the part when they arrive.i'll not be a very happy bunny if they dont.

Very interested (if you don't mind letting us know) where in the states you ordered them from and more importantly when they arrive here in the uk what you'll have to pay the tax man. Been looking at doing a similar thing myself but a bit confused and scared how much duty will be.
Cheers Tom

wheels turned up today.just like to say excellent service and communication from ravspec.messages answered straight away and tracking number sent next day of ordering.i'm really happy with how they look in the boxes, but the main thing is what they look like when fitted.it seems a shame that there only going to get a set of r888's put on them and get thrashed to death on a track
a few pics.
and the main reason i bought these, how light they are.the rota g'force i used to use for track in the same size rim weighed 10kg.these weigh only 7.6kg.
