First clip, i don't have a problem with, looks like he's on private land with no one about so who cares what he does, not something i'd do without it being wet or snow on the ground, but maybe he's off to get a new set of tyres so caning the last bit out of the ones on the car, i used to do burn outs on motor bikes just before i needed a new back tyre, just for the hell of it.

As long as your not doing it in public and on the roads, no harm, no foul.

Second clip, well he's just a menace to society and will probably crash and burn one day, only sad thing about that is, he may well take others with him when he does it.

Driving like that on a public road is wrong, but what the other chaps in doing with a black hauk to me is fine, if i was in a happy mood wouldn't mind doing a couple of donuts with my car, at the end of the day you do what you want with your car as long as you dont put someones life at risk.
