Still got door cards in the back with handles, must confuse people who manage to get in the back. As above probably doors just welded in and filled over, must be a right rust trap and can't imagine insurance being happy with how hard it would be to get out the back

I remember years ago there was this massive thread about a 4 door converted into a 2door 22B replica. The car was pretty amazing, I think it got sent back to JUN in Japan.

I had to go look at some real P1 or Type R photos. Initially I was impressed at the commitment to unpick the shell and weld in all the right little bits. But no, he's just filled in the rear doors instead. Advantageous when opening the door in a carpark but bugger all use for getting in/out of the back.

A mate of mine has converted his 4 door sti version 3 to a 22B arched 2 door but they did it properly and fitted it with the correct B pillars etc That one just looks odd because they doors are too short.

It's a lot of work though!

Giant bonnet scoop and no shroud forcing the air through the intercooler either.

We are currently just starting this same project. The reason for this is that the 2 door is completely unavailable here in Thailand.

We just collected the pillars, rear quarters, glass, doors etc. so just waiting now to get cracking with the conversion.
