Open the message and below it should be a box, tick the box and below that is delete message.

I'm using my iPhone now and it's there. Also in your message folder you can tick boxes on the left and then scroll to the bottom and you can drop down a list and you can select delete there also.

Are you using the classic site or the mobile site as I always use the classic site when it prompts me as I can't get on with using the mobile version
