Does this work the same way as Witness Driver in that you configure length of video and number of videos and working on a continuous loop with the oldest video being deleted? eg total storage is based on 10 No 3 minute clips. Or does it just record, using available space, until you stop it?
How large are the video clips for say 3 minutes? the problem with Witness Driver is the compression is so high to keep file size down that it is difficult to pick up details like number plates unless you are directly following.
I use the Bracketron system with a large clamp. The suction cup is flexible and sticky and fixes to textured surfaces really well. It is also washable with clean water should it get dirty.

I looed at the witness app as it looks good. A few recent reports on it crashing though and that it uses a lot of juice so you need to connect it to the cig lighter.
Its a nice idea but I dont really want cables everywhere. I was thinking about putting it in a standard Apple desk top cradle and sticking it to the dash but the lack of charging might rule it out.
