Default newbie+question

Hi everyone im new to this forum, I have 2 subaru's mine is blobeye sti with a few mods and the wifes standard wagon which is also a blobeye i will try and get some pictures up soon, My first question is i have got a 3" downpipe never fitted one before i want to fit it myself to save labour costs from what i can see its a case of unbolting it from the turbo and centre section plus a small bracket, I take it i unscrew and refit the 2 o2 sensor's at the top and bottom one back to where the are now ?

Sure you should map it once it's fitted if its a decat, I would get all the parts togther and fit them all one weekend. Took me about 2hours to fit my downpipe. Took a while to remove the intercooler, mine had to be removed to I could get the heat cover out for the turbo. There should be 3 nuts and 2 bolts turbo end, then two bolts near the centre pipe, and one fitting near the gearbox.

Thanks for the reply's guys, I only know roughly what to do from a few hours of reading about how to fit downpipe off google some uk and american subaru forum's so thought id join this one, Im ok with spanners can do basic stuff, I wasn't sure what to do with the second o2 sensor read that a warning light would come on and about you get some sort of extension to put in the downpipe so the o2 sensor near the centre section gets less exhaust gas so it doesn't come on but i really am unsure about it any help is much appreciated, Didn't realise would need a remap my Sti ppp has turbo back system not the prodrive one hks unsure if it has been mapped.
