ive been looking into this too and mine is giving me grief and needs replacing.
ive just bought a second hand one from andy @ scoobyspares, waiting its arrival, worth a shot as new ones are pricey.
Is it for a classic? Subaru charge £166.45 + vat, ouch!
theres some on ebay but i dont know how to trust them, theres a denso once on ebay for £121 all in, but the part numbers dont match up so i didnt want to take a risk.
Ive seen some on a site call just-lambda's, its made by walker and is £66 all in and is a direct replacement, might be a cheapo one but i was in 2 minds whether to buy that one as its considerably cheaper than OE.

Oh and allparts sell blue lable ADL ones for £120 ish.

lots of choices ......
