Thumbs up for TD Racing (Warwick)
After picking up my 1995 sti type RA I decided first stop would be at a impreza specialist for a quick once over to make sure all was in order! I found thwaites development racing on here and gave them a bell.
I booked in for a dyno run and found out if you book 2 in they'll do a deal on price. So I drag a mate along with his wagon last Friday to see how the cars are running.
When I got there I decided to try my luck and see if they'd fit me in for an oil and filter and coolant flush! No problem I was told!
My mate was first on the rollers, but was told his map wasn't very good so had it tweaked he didnt get any more power but is now really happy how smooth (and safe) his car is running!
Whilst mine was on the ramp for the oil and coolant it got a good check over and a few bits and pieces where pointed out that need attention. Some bits and bobs where just sorted for me there and then (wiring and pipes tidied up/replaced leaky header tank sorted) and a great job it was too.
Then on to the rollers where I made more power than my mate so another bonus! Haha. After a cup of tea and a discussion on what the cars are gonna be used for (track days) a few good bits of advise where given and off we went! Very happy.
The service and knowledge of the guys down there is great they even stayed open late on a Friday to fit in the extras! We will both definatley be returning!
Mark.
