Default What oil ??

As above what you guys running as in oil? It's for a mid 400 classic 2.0 cause due an oil change soon and wanted to know what's the best . Or recommended due to hearing bad things about different oils cheers lads

Millers nanotech.. Fast car tested it on a focus ST and it gained 20bhp just from oil change. Great stuffs that Millers oils is

Yea I've heard millers
Is good oil . But 20bhp just because of oil. Where's the best place to get millers from??

If your paying £400 for a remap to gain between 10 and 20 bhp your a complete mug.

Millers CFS 10W40 Fully Synthetic, about £47 delivered from Demon Tweeks Ebay site. I use Blue Print filters. I'm on a 4k oil change interval with a MY99 Sti.
The CFS does seem to stick well to the internals which can only be a good thing
