Wink Thought i'd try my luck ..

worth a try ...

http://www.trade-it.co.uk/cars-subar...-18473617.html

Hello ,

I received this vehicle as a birthday gift from my ex-husband when I was living with him in United Kingdom. I recently got a divorce after I caught him cheating on me and now I returned to my hometown in Ireland. I wanted to keep the vehicle but every time I look at it, it reminds me of him and it is too painful for me. This is why I want to sell it as fast as I can, so I can put an end to this chapter of my life.

The vehicle is now kept in my parents garage, here in Ireland .I was advised to sell it back in United Kingdom because it would save me a lot of paper work and the buyer would not have to pay any registration taxes.

Because I don't know anything about selling vehicles and I am a bit scared of this, I will search for a good delivery company that will take care of everything for me.

I also want to allow the buyer to test the vehicles before paying for it because it is the fair thing to do. If you are interested, please let me know your name and address so I can search for a delivery company and see the total costs to your location. So it's my responsibility to deliver it to your home at no extra charge.

I will wait for your answer.

Best Regards Kelly Wilson

So when would you want payment . Before or apon delivery ?

Hello,

I have contacted a reputable delivery company and I was very satisfied with the procedure and the services they have to offer us.
The price for delivery, insurance, papers and registration on your name is £4100.I went to one of offices and I talked with Manager about sending the vehicle and they explained to me the whole process.

If you want to move forward with the transaction this is how it works:
Once you agree I'll forward your details to them. They will contact you with further information.
The company will HOLD the money until you receive and inspect the vehicle. Once you have received the vehicle you got 5 days to inspect it.

After the inspection period has ended you will have to decide if you want to keep the vehicle or not:
- The vehicle will be insured for the total amount that we are dealing and you will have 5 days Return Policy.
- In this 5 days you will test the conditions of the vehicle and if something won't be like you expected to be, you can return the vehicle without any expense .

I will take the vehicle tomorrow morning to the company garage where they will make all the technical verifications. After they will evaluate the vehicle, an Inspection Report that certifies its quality will be issued.

If you agree to move forward I'll need you contact details (full name, address and mobile phone number) in order to make the official documents .

I will wait for your message/decision!

Have a nice day! Kelly Wilson

£4100 to deliver it from Ireland? You could fly over, and sail back with it, with a night in Dublin, for less than £500!

She seems to know a lot about the car? Seeing as she said she didn't, to good to be true?

Hmm tricky one. Does she want money upfront before delivery? If not how will she scam you? No PayPal account
If its not a scam that's a bargain for someone.

Better written than most though to be fair. Tell her you're in Ireland and you will collect and see what her response is lol

I see a couple of possible issues already

Whoever 'she' sells it to, 'she' will need the Inspection Report. Get that e-mailed to you first, then ask some awkward technical questions

Had a simular one recently for an underpriced x5. They wanted to do the same thing through Google checkout. The link to google was genuine, but I can't imagine them holding funds for 5 days, to see if you change your mid.

Wink !!!

well guys . I have received - word for word - the same emails from a 'Doctor Kelly Wilson' from the same email address regarding an ad on gumtree. I am looking for a motorhome and saw what seemed a good deal
ADVERTISED IN GLASGOW this time - not Bristol ...

http://www.gumtree.com/search?q=race...w&category=all

I contacted the advertiser and got the 'just divorced - birthday gift' email.
i asked a bunch of questions and said I could pop over to ireland as I had to visit my aunt anyway - so - no problem -

she explained she is a doctor doing 'complicated surgeries all the time and in her spare time she wants to spend it with her kids'

she sent me some photos which were exactly the same as the ones in the advert ...
ok - well how long is it and what year is it and is there a ramp or taillift at the back - ??/ I ask -
I say if she wants to get her dad (it is supposedly at her parents house) to phone me he can tell me what I need to know ....
simple enough yeah!?

then I got the email about the very reputable delivery company - £6400 and the rest of the email is exactly the same as above -

just thought I would share that as you have obviously 'met' the same person as me ...

thanks to original poster - I just had a feeling I should google her email address - I had already searched gmc register of doctors ...
thanks again ...
