Default Aztec Performance

Just lately there have been many complaints on here about different companies and people etc BUT today I have been trying to find a headlight bulb for my newage jdm STI and called Aztec Performance.

I spoke to Bob who couldn't help me enough after numerous calls trying to sort out a part number and trying to find out what fitment was needed for my factory fit HID's I have now purchased 2 bulbs from Aztec Performance for less than half the price that subaru uk wanted for 1 (£100 if anyone wants to know)

Iv bought a few bits from Aztec & found the goods & service to be very good.

iv bought off bob at aztec on several occasions & i must say he has always been very helpfull, cheaper than most i have rung & delivered it by the next day.

Got brake pads, lines and fluid from bob a while ago and faultless service and great products.

I bought disc's and pad's off Bob a year or two ago and he couldn't have been more helpful. Even gave me a terrific deal with free delivery and next day postage and im in N.I.

Seny my brother Bob's way also who couldnt have been happier with the service

Well, I'm afraid I'm going to be a party-pooper.

I've used Aztec before and had a reasonable experience but on this occasion, the service has been less than stellar...

In summary:

30/12/12 - Ordered discs and pads for the wife's WRX via the Aztec website, paid with PayPal
02/01/13 - Received "money request" from Aztec via PayPal asking for an extra tenner as I live on the Isle of Wight. I send an email asking why I'm having to pay a total of £23 for postage when I know they use Royal Mail and they don't charge any extra to come here.
03/01/13 - Try calling three times, get recorded message each time, give up.
03/01/13 - Get an email reply stating that it's because someone has to go to the Post Office.
03/01/13 - I pay the £10.
10/01/13 - Emailed asking if the £10 had been received and if the package had been posted. No reply
14/01/13 - Try calling four times (at various points in the day), each time I get a message saying there's nobody on this extension number to take the call. Finally get through on the fourth attempt. Chap says that he hadn't even opened the email from PayPal for the extra £10. Apologises and says that he'll get it out on a next day service rather than the 48hr that's normally used (even though my original receipt states "next day")
17/01/13 - Get an email from PayPal with a Royal Mail tracking number
22/01/13 - Parcel arrives.

3 weeks to deliver? £23 postage? **** poor service in my opinion. I've had stuff delivered from China that I ordered in between these dates
