I was just wondering if anyone could shed any light on this WRX running gear i.e hubs, bottom arms, drive shafts, shocks different to a STI running gear?

What WRX running gear?? Is there supposed to be a photo, or are you talking in general ??
Depending upon which models, they could all be different.

well im wondering if Wrx hub would bolt on to my STI and be ok to fit my drive shaft and that to it or is it a smaller bearing and that?

What Hub are you refering to Front, Rear ??

People will not give you an answer as your question is so vaque.

Assuming "my STi" means its a MY02 bugeye STi

Up until MY05 they used the same hubs etc

After that the STi got bigger hubs, housings, bearings etc and 114.3 pcd

oh yeah sorry mate

yeah mine is an 02 sti btu are 02 wrx hubs the same as the sti ones? my bottom arms are alloys ones so are the wrx one the same?

Yes, as far as I can tell, although there could be some variance and only the wagon has steel lower arms.
