Do I need to map after a service
Hi all, sorry if this sounds like a silly question, but I'm new to scoobs and turbo'd cars.
I just bought a 2004 WRX blobeye, the previous owner has modded it to about 280bhp with stuff like full decat, filter etc and remap.
Car is due for a major service this week including cam belt change.
I was wondering once I've had the service done, will I have to get a mapper to re-tweak the car, as I'm told that after any mods or new parts, the car should be mapped again.
I guess what I'm asking is will the service affect the map?
