You will hit max idc earlier. You can compensate to some extent by fitting an FPR, but bigger injectors are a better solution. With 20% meth mix you will be able to add a significant amount of advance so can trade ignition for boost if you have to reduce manifold pressure due to max idc.

you wont hurt the power figure by running 20% ,thats what most run these days including me. if you run more than that you can get problems with meth corrosion

no i run 550s but ive got a td05 18g, as you have said you need to flow more than petrol alone because of the calorific value is less with meth. might be a good idea to get bigger injectors even for a 16g for safety reasons or run a fuel pressure reg.

i wouldnt worry too much about the theory of it all, its already been tried and tested and 20% seems to be the optimum figure.

if you are stuck on using 440s you can always just use 10%, still gains to be had

ive reread your post lots lol i`m used to speed reading, not many ppl have injector size as a limiting factor, they just run what is needed to get the most out of the rest of the setup
