2.1 stroker with AVCS heads
Hi all
Hopefully somebody can help with this one?
Has anybody successfully fitted v9 AVCS heads from a Hawkeye to a 2.1 CDB stroker?
Cheers

They'll be no use having been manufactured for the 99.5 mm bore of the 2.5 engine.
You need V7 or V8 heads really.

Ahhhhh! Could be worse, not like I just bought v9 heads and had them refurbed for a total of £650! Tw@t!
Ok, what issues are there with the ECU from a Hawkeye and earlier heads?
Cheers for the replies guys!

Anybody know if v8 avcs heads will run fine in a Hawkeye? Any issues with avcs and speed sensors. I am told that the secondary air pump and tumble generator valves?
I am very close to having to make a decision on selling my 2.1 stroker and sourcing/building a pinned 2.5.
Ideally I want keep the engine I have just built but don't want issues running it in my Hawk.
