Default Exhaust change?

Hi Guys,

I have just bought my first Subaru, an STi type UK and was wondering how much quieter is the standard Prodrive exhaust system than a Rage de-cat which is currently on the car? I have the original but i am wondering if its worth sticking it back on or just getting a stainless instead. The rear box on the Rage looks a little messy as well!

It'll need remapping as a Prodrive exhaust will be a bit more restrictive than a decat iirc.

Newages throw up a CEL don't they Dunc without a map? Or is a there a way round it now. A mate recently had issues with a Bugeye WRX and in the end paid for a remap.
