Default Need help

Hi guys,

Been looking for ages for a DVD boxset of an American TV programme from back in the 80's.

Tried eBay, Play.com, Amazon ect but all have none so eventually found a boxset from an American site called TVDVDSets.co.uk.

Typed the name into Google expecting a popup of bad reviews in the suggestion box but there were none so i went for it.

The box set was reduced from just under £100 to £40 so i bought it.

5 weeks down the line nothing from them, emailed them saying i wanted a refund last week and haven't had a reply.

What im wanting to know is if i can claim through my bank from whom i paid with via my debit card?

Well I've just spent 2 mins searching for reviews from said company and found a few, all telling people to avoid them.
One chap waited 7 weeks before his DVD arrived, and when it did arrive it was a cheap Chinese copy.

These reviews are only a few weeks old so at a guess it's a scam that recently started, maybe when you researched it if it came up with no reviews at all you should of avoided it...

Try and get a refund through your bank if you can.

Good luck

I found those reviews before i posted on here, thats why i want to know if i can claim.

For instance if you type in keighley trade centre in to google the suggestion box says it all, nothing came up on this so i wrongly assumed it would be ok.

To be honest what was going through my mind at the time was, ive wanted this DVD for ages and ive finally found it so **** it i'll buy it.

Plus i wasn't expecting a DVD that hardly anyone knows about and would buy to be a popular choice on a scam site.
