Anybody know a company who can modify an intercooler for me as the one I need to purchase is too wide as an off the shelf item to fit where it needs to.

Where do you want to fit it

 

Think you will have more luck contacting a intercooler manufacturer with your size requirements to get a one off made. I would think to risky to cut one down to size in my opinion.

Pipework will be nice and short anyway !
Just not had much luck finding anywhere at the minute that will modify one you already have.

Pro alloy in Essex might do it

 

Might just be easier to go for a custom job I think.
