What is it worth

Looking at my options ATM my engine has developed a knocking noise the car is a uk turbo my00 in 95h.

Has sti rear lights
Has blitz nur spec system
Japspeed sports cat
Vf35 turbo
Sti tmic newage
Recent remap ecutek
Samco turbo hose
Sti strut brace
Recently refurbd alloys standard good tyres
Rest was excellent

Any ideas so I know my options

At a quick glance you've got circa £1000 worth of bits mentioned above.

You'll get more money back breaking it that's for sure or you could drop another bottom end in it. Not an expensive job and at least you'd still have your car hey.
