I bought mine with 6 owners after being told it was 1.
It was just 3 years old
I never checked the log book at the time and was annoyed, although after owning for over 6 years myself now its never missed a beat, so number of owners isnt everything aslong as its been serviced and looked after

I agree also, I would rather have a well looked after scoob owned by 6 people than a piece of junk owned by 1!

I will one day bud, just not yet. Classic ive got is perfect for my needs. I do respect all of the range , don't get me wrong. And i'm happy for you bud if you're happy . BUT i just see it from another point of view. For me , colour or limited number made does not make it a superior car. Yes it's nice and it's been made for a reason, but its no different than any other uk blob except the gear box . It's a collectors car and should be cherished for what it is.
Listen to what people say , specialy who track alot. JDM is a better tool in all aspects . 10k is in the league of spec c .... So what would you take then? I know what i would

That's the best car of all We all know that! But nothing wrong with other newage 2 litre cars
As proper fsh liveable everyday and would be great on track 2l nitrite crack best engine
Compaired to any Scoob ( standard )
I wouldn't buy another jdm as history damage from transport etc ain't worth the risk nowt wrong with good old uk car

Nice car you have Alan I do luv the p1 even in standard form I would have one but the newage does feel a lot more refined than my old classic What gearbox you running mate . The p1 just needed some dccd to help with the understeer and yes throw a bone and I will chase it Don't worry I will help with your friend situation buddy

There's no snobbery at all. My point is that in a standard form technically JDM cars are better that's all. Buy your cars from a respected traders like Litchfield and you'll be fine.

To me thats all they're worth, theres loads for sale and to be honest they ain't selling.

I managed to talk my old man out of buying a WR1 about 4 years ago and got a widetrack sti instead, it was a no brainer.

Aren't the bottem ends exactly the same apart from a cross-drilled crank?

I thought they were both semi closed deck with hypereutectic pistons.

The JDM heads are better though.

Yes but jdm has twin scroll turbo and a few extras like folding mirrors and auto ic water spray and rear wiper.
