2006 WRX 2.5 turbo clutch query
Hi all!
Let me give you some info on my scooby:
Make: Subaru
Model: Impreza WRX 2.5 Turbo 2006 Sedan (NOT STi)
Engine Code: EJ255
I was in need of a new clutch so i spoke to a guy at Exedy and he reccomended this clutch: FK04T911. So I orderd it. While waiting for it to come i did some research online and some websites say that it is for EJ25T engines. Is there a difference between my engine (EJ255) and the other EJ25T? And will this clutch fit my car?
Thanks!

Scooby Regular
the newer WRX with 2.5 engines (06>) all use a "push" type clutch...........
wouldn't personally have ordered an "S" type kit as thats a 3paddle plate but each to their own

Won't be very nice to drive. What sort of power are you running?
We usually recommend the Exedy Racing Organic: http://www.superhids.co.uk/clutches-...5-onwards.html

Hi, thanks for the input.
When you say it wont be very nice to drive, do you mean that the engine will 'jutter' when in slow moving traffic?
And i have already got the s type clutch, i dont have enough time to buy the orgsnic because my clutch is really bad, im getting it put in tmorrow.
Thanks
