Try parcels to go. You put your details in and they find couriers for you.

^^^^ worst advise ever on here lol - they 'lost' two of four parcels I recently sent. Yes, they are an agent but they off no help when things go wrong. I'm still waiting for them to refund me -I took out insurance and they are only refunding the postage cost not the item value! AVOID.

I sent an exhaust system to Graham (above) via Paisley Freight for £20.

Paisley freight what a useless bloody shower of a company, they have messed up many many many times, and their customer service is TERRIBLE. They even managed to lose an Engine once, but it turned up eventually.

Best company I have used as a broker is www.interparcel.com, they have never messed me around, and when I have made a claim they sorted it straight away. My only advise when sending anything (having worked for Parcel Force) is make sure its WELL protected and wrapped, ALWAYS send insured, and take pics of the package BEFORE it goes. As it makes the claim process MUCH easier.

Yes, but it's the luck of the draw. When things go wrong all you get is an online 'live' assistant to errrr help, but they give the same answer; let me look into it and email you back. They couldn't tell me where my parcels were, nor did they update me via email either. Three occasions now - I really should have learned my lesson lol
