So what is it then, 99 Ron or 101 Ron ???

Surely if this was a new high octane fuel then we would of heard about it, especially as its so cheap. Can't find a thing about it on the Internet either.

Reckon I'll be sticking with V-Power.

I fear that the garage you called are miss-informed.

The only 100 Ron fuel available in the UK is that special BP stuff which is sold at very few garages and usually near a track.
That is however around £2.50 a lt.

100 Ron fuel for £1.30 lt, we ain't that lucky.

What Ron is it then ?
99 or 101 ??

Just because the woman behind the counter told you it's 'X' octane doesn't mean it is. If sainsbury did a new high performance fuel for that price don't you think we would be all over it or at least see it plastered over the interweb.

Use it at your own risk, Imprezas need good fuel so if your using anything other than V-Power or tesco 99 id be getting it checked over by a specialist to make sure it's running sweet.

Maybe she meant MON rather than RON?

Actually that would be even further out as MON numbers are lower than RON.

sainsburys don,t do fuel that high ron rating!!! only shell or tesco momenton both 99 ron

some bp garages near big race tracks like silverstone do 100/101 ron but its £2.50 a litre

so i agree with mattyb1983
