They finally answered their phone 10.05.I was trying to find out where my oil sensor wire had got to.I paid for it wednesday,Friday morning still no sign so i rang them i was assured it had been posted 1st class Thursday.Guess what Saturday morning and still no wire.12.10 no return phonecall. I could have walked from Merthyr to Leominster in the time it has taken them to deliver.Dissapointed to say the least.

I know the feeling I ordered a Defi controller power cable from them, it's coming direct from the UK importer and I thought I would have received it yesterday or today at the latest but nothing arrived yet.

It's lucky that I am not actually in a rush to receive it.
