There has been talk about this on the Legacy forum, and a member has invested in the equipment, think he is based near Swindon.
Not had any experience of it myself, but it sounds interesting, I've added copy of a post of his with contact details where you could call and ask more info.

Quote.

Hey guys, after watching that episode i thought i'd get the Decarbonization done on my Evo. However, a google search proved fruitless. After a bit more research it seems hardly anyone provides the service in the UK at the moment. So, after speaking to the mechanic who worked on my Legacy and now my Evo, i've gone into partnership with him and we've purchased both the Petrol and Diesel Terraclean machines as featured on the show. Unfortunately i can't give an exact price at the moment, as the machines are being delivered on Thursday this week, and we'll be trained on using them on Friday, at which point i can provide more info. I've been assured by the Terraclean rep that we'll have the only machine in the Swindon area, so at the moment i'm just guaging interest. Thanks for taking the time to read this and if you're interested please message me at ikklemaia@aol.com or 07824452659, thanks, mark (1971shearer)

I'd like to see some before and after carbon buildup shots, and some before and after BHP readings.

dream garage did some dyno tests with scientists controlling them, I'll see if i can find the video.
Also,

WE DONT HAVE ANYTHING TO PROVE THE MPG INCREASE BUT WE DID HAVE A CUSTOMER THAT ASKED FOR DYNO READINGS BEFORE AND AFTER A TERRACLEAN THE RESULTS WERE:

MERCEDES SL320
2004
3.7 PETROL AUTO

BEFORE: AFTER

BHP : 219 228
TORQUE (NM) :312 326

WE NOW HAVE A PRINT OUT OF THIS WHICH IS VERY HANDY TO SHOW CUSTOMERS AN EXAMPLE BEFORE AND AFTER

Default Terraclean

A company in Letchworth, Hertfordshire has just got the Terraclean system. I was one of the first to have it done there and the result is amazing.

It picks up and accelerates faster, and idles quieter. I have noticed an improvement in MPG as well.

The company is called Autolube- http://autolube.net/ - 01462 481342

Anyone that has not had this done.... GET IT DONE!!!

I don't think he knows I am pretty sure he's one of those payperclick people.
It's a marketing strategy to generate views of products/website etc.

Put your money back in your wallets lads ..... the world and his wife would know about this if it worked.

Not only that, but the big boys would have bought the rights to it ........

Subaru Canada do it as part of their service plan, officially approved. Just because you don't think it works don't make it so. I agree with the snake oil remedies, but this appears to be different.

In this day and age it would be a very simple exercise to record the internal condition of each cylinder using a probe through the plug hole of a pre-treated engine then again after treatment.
I remember seeing this done on a programme investigating, I believe, Shell Optimax (pre - Vpower)
This would be a good advertisement for the product (If it worked!)

I'm struggling to argue with your logic.

Hmmmmm, yes, I've seen it all before ...... Subaru Canada buy product at $2 and sells the product to the Customer at $50.

Not hard to see that the driving force may be money rather than any improvement in the Engine?

As I said before, if it worked it would be common knowledge AND the big boys would have bought the product licence.

Autolube in Letchworth charge £108. This is Inclusive of VAT and any labour required.

Sorry about the delay.

If I were you I would call and get it done as I was very impressed with mine.

Anyone saying its smoke and mirror's without having any idea what it's all about, do your research. I agree most of these things are all the same and all crap.

But this is different, mine was done and it picks up and accelerates faster, and idles quieter. I have noticed an improvement in MPG as well.

If you don't you are the only one's missing out as it really does work.

I have done a bit more research into terraclean and where it came from and found an interesting fact. Terraclean is part of all Subaru's services in the usa for new and old cars. If new cars are not terracleaned every service they are completly void of warrinty.

Guess Subaru like it...
