What would you think was a fair part ex price for a wrx 300 special edition 55 plate only 7.500 miles imac but scuff on front bumper & bonnet ping mileage is only 7.500 not 75000

probably not much more in this climate, its not a good time for subaru's tbh, then it depends on how generous the dealer is feeling, those figures are only a guideline.
The best hope of a good price is to sell privately and hope to attract an enthusiast willing to pay a decent price. However you'll be competing with people selling cars at rock bottom prices who are desperate to get rid. And you could be waiting months and still find no buyer.

They will always offer more than its worth when part ex'ing, it's because they have a decent margin in the car you are buying so can warrant a loss on yours.
Having said that, £7500 is crazy. Either the dealer has made a mistake or his profit margin in the car you are buying is huge.
