Hiya there I have a subaru 1995 wrx turbo, just put a Engine in it, and its not sparking all 4 coils are fine, I don't touch wiring and I've tried a lot of things now and still nothing, all fuses,relays are fine, the ecu spose to be sending 0 volts to coils and I'm getting 8 volts, is there any one or a good place to take it.. I'm based in berskhire/ slough

Check your crank and cam sensors are connected and clear from gunk.
