no need for that Tommy
only asked if anyone had any pictures of them fitted, for £50 with the HID may just get them and sell them on, seem to be going for over £100 on eBay...easy money to be made

Don't put HIDs in ANY form on a classic.

Alcazar has spoke.

As he says, I have Halfords Rally bulbs.

Those lights are awful, but if your gonna make money crack on.
BUT they are around £50 anyways, so not much of a margin to be made imho.

They are selling for over £100 on eBay with postage, the HID kit comes with them so could also sell them, not buying to fit to my car, I have more class than that

yeah buy to sell if you can. I think HIDs will die a death now TBH with the MOT changes.

decent bulb upgrade. If your lenses are clouded up it would be worthwhile cleaning this up to sharpen the light up too - made a difference on my old 172

Those lights are only about £110 brand new so can't see a second hand pair selling for anywhere near that..

I fitted some 100W bulbs (not strictly for road use mind) in mine and they made a huge difference. But to be honest, no matter what you do with a classic your never gonna have fantastic light.

Those gash lights aren't suitable for HID's, they're even advertised as such AFAIK.

Got Phillips Rally 100w bulbs in mine.
