Default Sports cat question ?

Does a newage prodrive sports cat downpipe flow more than a Sti downpipe or are they the same item ? Anyone know the cell quantity for each of these downpipes ?

I have a Prodrive cat on mine and the CEL came on after it was fitted.
When remapped solved problem.

If you have a WRX you should also replace the catted up-pipe with an STi one.

I have already got an sti up pipe and EGT bypass fitted. I am trying to get the best available sports cat without needing a remap. The Sti high flow cat will go on with no light coming on.

Only thing to be careful of if fitting a post 2005 prodrive cat to a wrx with td04 is the seperator plate protruding from the mouth, it doesn't fit properly in the td04 exhaust housing and can hold the flange away from the exhaust housing causing it to not seal, I fitted 2 gaskets and mine was fine but might be better to grind it down a bit so it fits easily, I also seem to remember the bracket being difficult to secure, but not 100% on that as been a while since I fitted one
