bought not brought

Ok, as long as you get a full refund there's not a lot you can do. Just be happy they are willing to give you a refund.

Are you trying to get them to pay for your mapping session?

First off, it's "bought"

As for the seller and the actuator, they are probably just middlemen and will no doubt send it back to their supplier, (or sell it on again). All retailers make mistakes whether their fault or not but as a retailer its their job to sort it out.

They have offered you a refund and to be fair thats about the best you can expect. These things do happen but I realise you been put out that you've had to rebook your car for another remap, guess its just one of those ****ty things.

Good luck next time

Probably just a human error somewhere along the line. As said above be happy they've offered you a full refund, there's a lot of dodgy sellers who wouldn't do that.

As said, if the company are offering a 100% refund there is not alot you can do apart from accept it.
