Anyone got a copy? they've tested the Subaru BRZ against a uk classic (Anyone on here?), the BRZ comes a distant 2nd with a 3.5 star rating to a 5 star rating for the classic, also in a four car test against a mx5, 370z and megane rs they've used the a4069 (Black mountains) south wales, with some cracking scenery pics fair play and i'm proud to have this stretch of road just a 15min drive away, well worth a look

BRZ gets thrashed by all, needs more power basically.
TX.
Edit - Evo Mag had a thread on here a while back looking for a standard classic to use for the comparison, they struggled to find one standard

I see EVO have posted a comparison of a BRZ auto vs Renault Megane 265 Trophy at Bedford Autodrome on Youtube.
Surprise surprise they didn't like the BRZ. It needs a manual box.

Its a good looking car to be fair and the STI would be a cracker, then lets see a comparison to the Megane rs, and yes the BRZ they tested was an auto

Subaru and Toyota have tried to be clever by introducing the luke warm versions first and then in a year or so roll out the more powerful turbo charged versions. But I think they have shot themselves in the foot, as the expectation and hype was too much, upon which they did not deliver. They should have released both versions together and the lesser (non turbo version) should have been quite a bit cheaper and a lot more economical etc. That way they would both have had their distinct places, rather than the confusion and disappointment this cars now has to deal with.
