Looks cheap at first glimpse, but the write up is slightly vague in area's.
No mention of what mileage it's covered.
No mention of when the engine rebuild was done.
Discrepancy in tax and mot, it says in the item specifics mot may 2012 (now) tax June, yet in the write up says 4 months mot, 6 months tax. That would make me think the write up was done 4 months ago?
I would also guess the rebuild was done a good while back as it says it's just had a clutch fitted while it was in for a service. It would also have had a clutch when the engine was out for rebuild, unless it was really good, and if it was good it's wore it out since the rebuild.
Worth asking the questions. especially the mot, if it is out this month it might not end up being a bargain.
